Imaginations on how our food consumption transforms our terrestrial existence. By the act of daily eating we are sculpting our landscapes. The artists use food as a media of transforming the experience of how humans interact with the material world through eating. Cooking is political; we prepare, we eat, we cook, we grow food, therefore we create empathy with natural habitat. Our skin is a border to the material world we live in, our inner is protect- ed from the outer. Our lungs are breathing the air surrounding us, connecting our bodies on an aetheric sphere, but the gut is taking up the physical world on a molecular level, healing, feeding and transcending worlds. Food is essential, we are not (yet) divided from the material realm and escaping the digital realm will still demand nutritional uptake. Food is political, even if it is raw, it is a cultural product of human interaction with our terrestrial footprint. Agriculture is contributing 1/3 of the global CO2 pro- duction by hard statistics, but still we need the hands of farmers that cultivate our soils and our mouths to sculpt its landscapes.
